Therapy sessions are 60 minutes in length and usually begin with an informal and brief check-in. Regardless of the process, the first session will be spent gathering information and creating a service plan that suits you. A service plan helps us set goals for what you would like to see happen in therapy; your expectations and your hopes. Please see the side bar for a list of the services that I provide. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

A special word about fertility counselling:
I personally understand how dealing with infertility can be one of the most heartbreaking experiences that a person can go through. It can be all consuming, create feelings of isolation, and cause barriers and tensions in intimate relationships.
You are not alone. I am here to provide you with emotional support, practical information and resources, and encourage you on your journey.
I offer support to people who have been unable to conceive, to those who are currently undergoing fertility treatment, and to those who have experienced miscarriages and reproductive loss.
I offer individual, couples, and group counselling for support in these areas.
