A Workshop for Pregnant Couples and Parents of Infants and Toddlers
Learn Parenting and Relationship Skills That Will Last a Lifetime
Prepare yourself for life with your baby and discover how to be the best parenting team possible. In a supportive environment with a Certified Gottman Educator, learn how to strengthen your relationship with your partner and foster your baby’s development during this new and challenging time in your life. Create a caring and nurturing atmosphere in your home and learn to cope with conflict in a positive way. This workshop, developed by renowned relationship experts, Drs. Postpartum Depression and Anxiety
This is a 4 week group that will focus on different issues affecting woman that are expereincing prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. The course will cover:
1.Understanding prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety
2. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety
3. Treatment options
4. Self-care (for self and partner)
This will be a facilitated course for parents to receive information, ask questions, be provided with resources and above all - receive support!

Join me (mother of twin girls), as we discuss the unique challenges that parents of mutiples face. Discussion topics will include:
1) Advantages and disadvantages of putting multiples on a schedule
2) Feeding mutiples (together, seperate, breast feed or formula)
3) Spending quality time with each child
4) Sleeping arrangegments
5) Finding time for your partner
6) Going out with multiples
8) Maintaining your energy
10) Dealing with guilt and depression
This will be a faciliated support group for you to join with other parents to hear different ideas, be able to ask questions, be provided with resources and above all - receive support!
